ENROLLMENT 

• Parents should complete and sign the enrollment form with 2 months of tuition fees payment enclosed. 

 

 

PAYMENT OF FEES 

• Tuition fees are charged every 2 months. Full payment must be received on or before the first class started.

• We accept cash, bank transfer and cheques. Please make a cheque payable to Best Reward International Limited.

 

Typhoon & Rainstorm arrangements

• We do not hold classes when the warnings black rain or typhoon signal number 8 or higher is hoisted. Classes will resume two hours after the warning is lifted. 

• Make-up classes will be arranged and carried out within 30 days. 

 

 

CLASS CANCELLATION 

• We require a 24 hours notice before cancellation or re-schedule of a class. 

• No make-up class for cancellation in less than 24 hrs unless a doctor’s note is provided. 

 

 

MAKE-UP CLASS 

• Students can arrange for a make-up class within 30 days of notified absence. 

• No make-up class for no show.

• All participants enrolled in Khaki Classroom activities do so at their own risk. The company is not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury to students, their family members, and guests participating in these activities. 

• We reserve the right to use photos, video and sound recordings of students and their artworks, performances, videos, websites and Youtube channels, for teacher training curriculum and promotional purposes, unless otherwise informed in writing.
